The World.
Mostly an exercise in map making.
The world created is mostly set around the continent of Modveer. It is ruled by the central kingdom of Lahram, however it is still divided by ruling houses in each region. Would be royalty acting as vassal states to the Royal house, paying taxes, blood and arms to be part of a common wealth.

The Kingdoms of the World
Lahram.
The conquerors of Modveer. Miners of Resin found deep in the earth, said to be drips from the branches of the world tree and as such are imbued with unnatural power.
Rahrent.
A chivalric and militaristic vassal state, famed for its slaying of Draconic creatures and for the impressive armours created to withstand these beasts.
Mirahim.
Clans of people live in the dust wastes scratching out a living as mercenaries and farmers of livestock. Secretive and quiet, no ones quite sure of what secrets are held within the dusty plains.
Eiran
A thick and densely forested kingdom, steeped in rituals and dark magics. The soldiers of this kingdom are often called the greenbacks for their deep green capes. Often their armours are decorated with copper and horn.
Saerham
A dessert kingdom and gateway to the rest of the world from Modveer, rich in gold, slaves and wine. The three cities of this kingdom are instantly recognisable by their three towers, one of shimmering black stone, one of shining white and one of deep dark red stone.
Lytham.
A small vassal state slightly north of Lahram. Home to the university of mages. Left on the landscape are scars from ancient wars that no one quite remembers.
Oirepairt.
The food basket of the world, a pleasant climate and fertile soil means vast fields grow here. Long in the past the kingdom that used to rule here could have ruled an empire if not for the magics of the south. The northern passes of this realm are protected by a vast wall to stop raids by the Horselords of Mullangia
Dverus.
A hostile and storm weathered land. The surface scoured by storms and gales, underneath vast caverns, mines and cities stretch out. No one knows how far the tunnels stretch and what lurks in the far reaches under the roots of the world.
Tullsbaines.
The largest and most empty kingdom. Cold and lonely the cities of this kingdom are mostly centred around a series of three interconnected lakes.
Mullangia.
A kingdom ruled by Lahram in name only. Loose nomadic clans wander the rolling barren hills. These Horselords often raid the nearby Tullsbaines and even all the way through to Oirepairt.
